how does it work?

A Brief Overview of the Program

1. Transfer your license to Referral Solutions, LLC and become a Referral Only Real Estate Specialist.
2. Place your Buying or Selling Client into our Referral Portal and select the ERA RS Listing or Buyer Specialist who you would like to work with.
3. Receive 35% referral fee at successful closing of the transaction.*
4. Pay annual Administrative Fee of $100.
5. After closing 3 transactions in a 12-month period, the following year Administrative Fee is waived.
6. Referral Solutions Agent will NOT be responsible for any Board, MLS, E&O or mostly office fees.

*35% is paid after royalties with agent/broker split of 75/25

Referral Solutions Agents are NOT permitted to actively engage in Buyer Agent or Listing Agent activities; ALL clients must be REFERRED.
